Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts and stock organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Shipping Receiving: Receive inbound shipments and prepare them for storage or distribution.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
