Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations to meet daily targets.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipment discrepancies quickly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States immediately.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
