Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment to clients
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment and safety protocols
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID and right-to-work documentation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Industrial Way location
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
