Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff with precision scheduling and performance management
- Optimize warehouse workflows for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Manage inventory systems with real-time accuracy tracking
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation (forklifts, scanners)
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily inspections
- Resolve operational challenges with data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required (OSHA certified preferred)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
- Exceptional problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Availability for flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- Experience with cross-functional team coordination
