Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise onto shelves or pallets.
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile any stock discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with accuracy and speed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and shipping label verification.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
