Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort packages
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using scanners
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to North KC facility
- Flexible availability (including weekends/shift work)
- Basic math and communication skills
- No prior warehouse experience required
