Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock inventory in a timely manner
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Pick and pack orders with precision for customer shipments
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Flexible availability including weekends as needed
