Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate equipment to load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track stock to ensure inventory levels are correct.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Team Collaboration:
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a consistent work history.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid ID and pass a background check.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for qualified applicants.
