Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify accuracy and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production quotas and operational goals.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
