Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Efficiently load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against orders with high accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure smooth operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
