Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately to meet shipping deadlines.
- Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment and report issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and tickets.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
