Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak shift times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
