Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, freight, and materials using appropriate equipment.
- Packing & Shipping: Package items securely using proper materials and prepare orders for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning barcodes and entering data.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
