Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pack products securely for shipping to ensure safe delivery.
- Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
