Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies, and document any issues immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is required.
