Your Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of goods, inventory management, and maintaining a high standard of safety within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from shipping lanes using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Organize stock areas and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace at all times.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for inventory accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but we provide on-the-job training.
