Responsibilities
- Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Coordinate with third-party carriers and freight forwarders to resolve logistics issues and optimize routes.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.
- Update and maintain inventory records in the ERP system with 100% accuracy.
- Analyze shipping data and logistics KPIs to identify areas for process improvement.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery schedules and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehousing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
