Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders to ensure accuracy and meet customer satisfaction standards.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation is completed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices for tracking inventory movements.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in picking and packing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
