Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members during peak operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety protocols
- Train new hires and implement performance improvement plans
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Proven track record in 24/7 logistics operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced WMS system proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Overnight shift availability mandatory
