Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials and products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy to ensure high satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality checks on inventory and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to comply with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring freight is handled with care.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding lifting and equipment operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
