Job Summary:
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that inventory is processed accurately and efficiently during our peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock placement in designated zones.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software (WMS).
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
