- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and organizing warehouse storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to streamline workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and processing orders.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
