Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99% accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory organization to maintain stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload freight trucks using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and basic computer systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible shifts.
