Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility and to and from vehicles, using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
