Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspace
- Meet daily productivity targets in a team-based environment
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Reliable transportation to South Park Ave location
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
