Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records via our digital system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support cycle counts and quarterly audits
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory software)
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends)
