Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate in a team-based environment to meet daily targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Perform cycle counts and warehouse organization tasks
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone usage
- Reliable transportation to Fayetteville Street facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability for day/evening shifts (8-12 hour blocks)
- Pass background check and drug screen
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred but not required
