Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend retail operations with 15+ team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards during peak weekend hours
- Manage inventory, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures
- Resolve customer escalations and operational issues
- Prepare weekend sales reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage high-volume weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
