Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend retail operations including inventory management and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge and customer service excellence
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Execute visual merchandising standards and promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and security protocols
- Prepare end-of-day sales reports and operational summaries
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage teams during peak weekend hours
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM shifts)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Oregon driver's license (if transportation required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
