- Optimize workflow using WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews
- Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless deliveries
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
