Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff daily, ensuring productivity and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems using WMS software
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and shipping schedules
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor new team members on operational procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
- Generate performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Forklift certification (valid and current)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
