Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes
- Lead development of real-time transaction processing systems handling 10K+ TPS
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Optimize system performance using Redis, Kafka, and AWS Lambda
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Terraform
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Java/Spring development at scale
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record in FinTech or high-throughput transactional systems
- Strong grasp of REST APIs, event-driven design, and database optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
