Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in high-acuity ICU and ER settings
- Administer medications and treatment protocols with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
- Document clinical outcomes using Epic EMR system
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA standards
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
- Provide patient/family education during critical care scenarios
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license (compact license accepted)
- Minimum 2 years ICU/ER experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications mandatory
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR documentation
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
- Excellent communication and crisis management skills
- Spanish bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
