Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in emergency, critical care, and general medical units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond rapidly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and preventive care
- Ensure strict compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Active Ohio RN license in good standing
- BSN degree required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Valid Ohio driver's license for facility travel
