Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ICU/ER departments with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient assessments accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal care plans
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Participate in emergency response drills and trauma activations
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact state license)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Electronic Medical Records proficiency (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
