Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care nursing in a 20-bed ICU unit
- Monitor and assess patients using cutting-edge monitoring systems
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex patient cases
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Participate in rapid response team activations
- Mentor new nurses through our structured orientation program
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska RN license
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years ICU experience considered)
- ACLS/BLS certifications required (CCRN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care ICU experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
