Responsibilities
- Perform patient intake, vital signs, and EHR documentation
- Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures
- Administer injections and medications per protocols
- Process lab specimens and point-of-care testing
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow
- Maintain sterile exam environments and inventory
- Coordinate referrals and patient education
Qualifications
- Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA/NCMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner a plus)
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced urgent care settings
- Washington state MA license in good standing
- Pass background/drug screening
