Immediate Opening for Experienced RNs in Fort Worth! Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in ICU/ER settings with high acuity cases
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to emergency situations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (Epic Systems)
- Provide patient/family education on treatment procedures
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years ICU or ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Passion for trauma care and emergency medicine
