Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 night shift staff with scheduling and performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for shift handovers
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and drug screening
