Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across multiple departments and healthcare providers
- Manage electronic health records and maintain accurate documentation
- Act as primary liaison between patients, families, and medical teams
- Implement care plans and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with social services to address patient needs
- Train new staff on clinic protocols and systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical or administrative healthcare experience
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic or Cerner preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- Tennessee healthcare certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
