Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise software and hardware systems
- Resolve complex IT issues with 24-hour SLA response time
- Document all support tickets and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance
- Conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting for clients

Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, network troubleshooting, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Ability to work under pressure with urgent SLAs
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
