Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend associates
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless operational continuity
- Resolve escalated customer and team issues promptly
- Generate weekend performance reports and improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse environments
- Proven ability to manage teams during non-standard shifts
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
