Responsibilities
- Directly supervise weekend clinical staff and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years healthcare supervisory experience in acute care settings
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) or LVN license required

- Advanced proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Demonstrated crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining HIPAA compliance standards
