Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless handovers and task delegation
- Manage team performance through real-time coaching and performance metrics
- Resolve operational issues swiftly to maintain productivity targets
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate urgent updates to stakeholders via digital platforms
Qualifications
- 2+ years of logistics/supervisory experience in warehouse or manufacturing
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure weekend environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic proficiency in WMS systems and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- US citizenship or legal work authorization required
