- Lead and motivate 10-15 hourly staff during peak weekend shifts
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend workflows
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce company protocols
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns appropriately
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with rotating holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
