- Oversee weekend warehouse operations, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Manage team of 10-15 associates, including scheduling and performance coaching
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat-Sun) and occasional holidays
- Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
