Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend shift operations (6am-6pm) including inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality control
- Lead team of 8-12 associates in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are strictly followed
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers and operational continuity
- Resolve escalated customer and team issues with professionalism
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience or equivalent leadership role
- Strong availability for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 6am-6pm)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for site inspections)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
