Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations, ensuring safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory accuracy and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor weekend staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain production targets
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance reviews
- Monitor equipment maintenance and report malfunctions
- Prepare shift reports and documentation for handover
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 6am-6pm)
