Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team coordination
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Train and mentor night shift staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Generate and analyze shift performance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training required
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate night shift teams
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Physical stamina for overnight shifts and warehouse environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
