Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts
- Manage team of 5-8 associates with task delegation and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and lead during off-peak hours
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
